Timesheet calculator
Hours worked, breaks and overtime under French law — 35 hours, 25 % and 50 % uplifts.
The tools below can be used with no sign-up and no Ticksy account. The help centre answers the questions that come up once you are inside the product.
No sign-up: calculations stay in your browser. Pomodoro stores your preferences and statistics locally on this device.

What manual time entry costs your company, from your headcount and your salaries.
Twenty-five minutes of focus, five of break, fifteen after four cycles. Daily statistics, no account.
The same articles as in the app, readable without an account.
Go to the Feuilles de temps (Timesheets) page, click « Ajouter une entrée » (Add an entry), select the date, the activity and the project, then fill in the start and end time. The entry is saved immediately and appears in that day's timesheet.
Open the timesheet concerned, click the entry you want to change, then adjust the hours, the activity or the project. The correction takes effect immediately. If the period has already been approved, tell your manager: the approval is not recalculated on its own.
When starting each shift, you can choose an automatic clock-out time. This option must be enabled for that shift: otherwise Ticksy does not automatically close it at the end of your scheduled hours. Manual corrections remain subject to your company permissions.
At the end of the period (week or month, depending on your company), open the Approbations (Approvals) tab, check your entries then click « Soumettre » (Submit). Your manager will receive a notification to approve them or ask for corrections.
Administrators create a geographic zone from Zones géographiques (Geographic zones), with a centre and radius. When enabled for the company, Ticksy checks the browser position when clocking in and blocks the entry outside the authorised zone.
The Terrain (Field) tab shows members whose active clocking allows location sharing, with the last position received and its freshness. The position is not shown when clocking has stopped or consent has not been given.
An administrator creates the kiosk from Kiosques (Kiosks), chooses its mode (basic or PIN), authorised members and, if needed, its default project and activity. The QR code then opens this tablet's access; regenerate the token if the link was exposed.
From Pomodoro, choose the duration, start the timer, then pause or stop it. You can associate the session with current work; the timer does not create a timesheet entry on your behalf.
Go to Congés > Aperçu (Leave > Overview), click « Nouvelle demande » (New request), choose the type (paid leave, RTT for French working-time reduction days, unpaid, and so on), the start and end dates, then add a reason if needed. The request goes automatically to your manager for approval.
In Congés > Solde (Leave > Balance) you will find your counters for each type of leave (paid leave accrued, paid leave taken, RTT, time off in lieu, and so on). Paid leave (congés payés) accrual is credited on the 1st of each month, according to your company's leave policy.
Yes — while the request is pending, approved but not yet started, or already under way. Open the request from your overview and click « Annuler » (Cancel). Once the leave has finished, it can no longer be cancelled.
Open Mon planning (My schedule) to see your contractual hours for the current week, the public holidays applied and any leave booked. Use the arrows at the top to move between weeks.
In Plannings de travail (Work schedules), select the template concerned, adjust the hours day by day then assign it to one or more employees. Changes apply from the date you choose, leaving history untouched.
Administrators can create projects from Activités / Projets > Projet (Activities / Projects > Project). Fill in the name, the client it belongs to, the members and the billable activities. Archived projects remain viewable but can no longer be selected for clocking.
From the project record, open the Membres (Members) tab and click « Ajouter » (Add). You can assign individual users or a whole group. Only assigned members will be able to clock on the project.
In Demandes d'accès aux activités (Activity access requests), click « Ajouter une demande » (Add a request), select a private activity and the dates you need, then explain why before sending. You can review your requests and cancel a request from its detail page.
In Rapports (Reports), select the period, filters and grouping, then save or export the result. Reports can be scheduled and shared when the corresponding option is available on screen.
The Rentabilité (Profitability) page shows revenue, costs, profit and margin by project, client, member or team. Use the period and filters to limit the calculation, then export the table if needed.
At the top of Rentabilité (Profitability), select the start and end dates, then group by project, client, member or team. The page recalculates the indicators and the P&L detail for that selection.
The cards show total revenue, cost, profit or loss, and margin. The Détail P&L (P&L detail) table repeats these values for each row; a row can indicate a loss or low margin. Exporter CSV downloads the displayed selection.
From Tâches > Kanban ou Liste (Tasks > Kanban or List), click « + Nouvelle tâche » (+ New task). Choose the title, the priority, the due date, the project and the assignee. The task appears immediately in the « À faire » (To do) column of the assignee's kanban.
The Kanban view shows tasks as cards you can drag between columns (À faire, En cours, Terminé — To do, In progress, Done). The List view is more compact, filterable and sortable — ideal for working through a large number of tasks. Both views act on the same data.
From Équipe > Employé (Team > Employee), click « Inviter » (Invite). Enter the email address, the role (EMPLOYEE, ADMIN) and the group they belong to. The employee receives a magic link by email to create their account and join the company.
Ticksy has three roles: EMPLOYEE (clocking and requests), ADMIN (full configuration, approval, reporting) and SUPER_ADMIN (the company owner, who also keeps control of roles). Roles are managed from Organisation > Permission (Organisation > Permissions).
Administrators manage templates in the Modèles de projets (Project templates) section of Organisation. A template can be used when creating a project, then edited or archived without changing projects already created.
The audit log lets administrators filter and read recorded events by entity and period, then export the list as CSV. It does not recreate changes made before it was enabled.
No. The SSO tab presents the planned flow, but no provider can yet be registered or enabled. Usual sign-ins remain unchanged.
The Abonnement (Subscription) page shows the company's number of seats and their assignment to members. The free creator account remains separate; invoices and any discount can be viewed there when available.
Limited access prevents a user from opening company features while the restriction is active. Data is not deleted; the creator manages seats and access returns automatically as soon as a seat is assigned.
Notifications are set at company level, in Paramètres > Notifications (Settings > Notifications): an administrator turns email sending on or off there, then each type of event separately (leave request, approval, timesheet, project deadline, budget alert). There is no per-user setting yet.
You can enable two-factor authentication in your Ticksy account security settings. Set up your TOTP authenticator app, verify the temporary code and keep your recovery codes safe. This Ticksy protection is separate from your Google account security settings.
Open Notifications to filter events, mark items as read and browse result pages. Company email delivery settings remain in Paramètres > Notifications (Settings > Notifications).
Every active member can choose their language preference in their account settings. The Help Centre is available in French, English and Spanish; Ticksy interface labels remain those actually offered by the application.
Ticksy uses the time zone saved on your account to display times and dates. Check this setting in account settings if a displayed time does not match your workplace.
Yes. You can enable two-factor authentication in security settings, configure a TOTP app, verify the temporary code and keep your recovery codes safe.
Replace your spreadsheets with a single platform to manage your teams' time, from clocking in to the payroll export.
