Pricing questions

Answers before subscribing.

Are unused seats billed?

Yes. Purchased seats are billed even when vacant. Archiving or removing a member frees their seat without reducing the subscription. Contact support to decrease the number of seats.

How am I billed?

Each team seat costs 4 € per month, excluding tax. Only the account creator is free; every added member, including other administrators, needs a paid seat.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no penalty. Your data remains exportable after the contract ends, in PDF, Excel and CSV.

Do I need a credit card to create my workspace?

No. The creator can use their workspace for free. Payment is required to add seats for other team members.

Are there extra paid features?

No. There are no tiers, no add-ons and no extra modules: field clocking, profitability and the audit log are included at the same price as the rest.
